End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: February 28, 2024

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Martindale Travel & Tours, LLC, the developer of the MeetMeOnBoard app (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be

bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. License

Martindale Travel & Tours, LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to your compliance with this EULA.

2. User Restrictions and Conduct

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or its content.

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, unless laws prohibit these restrictions, or you have our written consent.

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or engage in, foster, or promote abusive, hateful, discriminatory, or harassing behavior.

• Sell goods or services or conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, or chain letters without explicit written permission from Martindale Travel & Tours, LLC.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and all intellectual property rights therein are owned by Martindale Travel & Tours, LLC and protected under United States copyright and intellectual property laws. This EULA does not transfer any rights or ownership of the App to you.

4. Content and Conduct Policy

• You are responsible for the content you contribute to the App and must not engage in spreading hate content, abuse, or harassment.

• Martindale Travel & Tours, LLC reserves the right to remove any content and terminate accounts for such activities.

5. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. You assume all risk as to the quality and performance of the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

Martindale Travel & Tours, LLC will not be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

8. General

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Martindale Travel & Tours, LLC regarding the App. It supersedes all prior negotiations, discussions, or agreements about the App.

9. Amendments

Martindale Travel & Tours, LLC reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. You will be notified of any material changes through the App or via email.

10. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from this EULA will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
